wording this has taken sometime, its been a hard week for us as a family. With questions being asked we felt it right to put a statement out there. It wasnt that we "didnt work in lakeside" it wasnt for lack of trying. We put in long hours and dedication however on friday after dinner service we were told that we could no longer be in the kitchen. We had plans and were working on improvements to better the Customer experience. For as short notice as it is for you, it was equally as blindsiding to us. We LOVE this place we call home and we love all of you that supported us in this experience. we thank you and we love you all!! Sincerely the Alejandre family.
